Industrial radiography source projector used for non-destructive testing

Non-destructive testing

Conventional and advanced NDT that measures what the eye can't see, deployed by hand, on rope or by drone, and reported to the applicable codes and client specifications.

Measured condition

Numbers your integrity team can trust

Visual inspection helps identify areas of concern. NDT provides the quantitative readings needed to confirm wall thickness, corrosion, coating condition and overall integrity, then turn those readings into usable inspection data.

Techniques

Conventional and advanced NDT

The right technique for the defect, selected for the material, geometry and access in front of us.

Ultrasonic testing (UT)

Wall-thickness measurement and flaw detection on pipework, plate, vessels and structure, the workhorse for tracking wall loss against corrosion allowance.

EMAT

Electromagnetic-acoustic readings without couplant and through coatings, fast thickness screening on rough, hot or painted surfaces where probes struggle.

Coating DFT

Dry-film thickness measurement to confirm protective coatings are within specification, paired with visual assessment of breakdown, blistering and undercut.

Corrosion mapping

Automated and manual C-scan mapping builds a colour-coded picture of wall loss across a surface, pinpointing the worst areas and trending them over time.

Visual & remote visual (RVI)

Direct and camera-based visual examination, including internal RVI of bores, voids and confined spaces, graded and recorded against the inspection scope.

Radiography

Gamma and X-ray radiography reveals internal flaws, porosity and weld defects through the full thickness of a component.

Magnetic particle inspection

Finds surface and near-surface cracks in ferromagnetic materials, fast and sensitive on welds and structural steel.

Penetrant inspection

Dye penetrant draws out fine surface-breaking defects on welds, castings and machined parts that are too small to see.

Eddy current testing

Detects surface cracks and measures conductivity and coating thickness on conductive materials, with no couplant required.
